Mumbai, June 16 -- Heylo my mint coolers! How goes it with you this morning? Moi is feeling oh-so-lazy that I wish I could continue to snooze under my gulabi satin sheets for a while longer. But this poor gal has to work for her daily caviar. So before I catch another 40 winks, let me share with you some spicy nuggets about tinsel town folks.

For starters, a birdy from Bandra wants me to hear a scooplet about Ranbir Kapoor. Suna hai the actor was going to a friend's place at Pali Hill for a party. Nothing wrong with that, but I'm informed that it was nearly 2 am and the Kapoor munda wasn't alone.

My tweety had forgotten her glasses at home that night, so she couldn't recognise who the pretty-young-thing sitting next to Ranbir was, as they drove into the gates. But she claims that Ranbir's 'companion' looked like Priyanka Chopra.

Huh? I point out to my informer that the actress is miles away in Coorg, shooting for Vishal Bhardwaj's Saat Khoon Maaf. But she argues that Ms Chopra had flown in to Mumbai for a day or two. Hmm, must inform Piggy Chops about her look-alike and all the speculation she's creating about her buddy buddy baat with Ranbir. Now, if only the network in Coorg would get better, so I could connect with PC. Tsk, tsk.
