Mumbai, July 1 -- Wakey wakey my walnut cookies! How goes the Wednesday morning with you? It's the usual humdrum diga diga in my day ahead... after starting it on a high note with some really hot and spicy gossip from glamour gaon. So read on my sweetums.

For starters, a jasoos from Juhu is asking me why Sonam Kapoor is suddenly being so cautious about her affections for Punit Malhotra. I'm told that the other evening, she drove to a high-profile gym where he's a regular, but refused to step out of her car.

Now, Punit doesn't look like he works out, but it doesn't matter if he's just started to pump iron or is merely visiting his exercising yaar-dosts at the health club. Point is that the Kapoor kudi called him on his mobile and within minutes, he went dashing down to meet her, reveals my khabru.

Apparently, Sonam told Punit that her dropping into the gym could get unwanted publicity and she didn't want an overdose on their film, I Hate Luv Storys, which releases this Friday. Really now!
