Mumbai, Aug. 11 -- Actor-director Satish Kaushik has been under a 20-day detoxification drive at the Jindal Nature Cure resort & Spa at Bengaluru. The self-confessed foodie is restricted to a no-sugar, no-salt diet.
Kaushik says, "I'm finally able to give the much needed attention to my health.
I had visited this place 10 years ago when I was suffering from asthma and was cured. I hope to return healthier."
He starts his day with a 12 km walk, followed by a glass of bitter gourd juice and tomatoes. His diet includes boiled vegetables, salads, fruits, coconut water and herbal tea.
