Mumbai, April 16 -- I've got a real scoop on Salman Khan's girlfriend, announces Safedi Lal as he walks into my heavenly abode. Which one are you talking about, I wonder, and he beams, Hazel Keech, who's acting in his next film, Bodyguard, also featuring Kareena Kapoor.

I'm told that Hazel is a small time model from London who came to try her luck in Bollywood. That's when she got involved with Gautam Kohli, Sanjay Gupta's associate. But after a few months, he apparently dumped her for Masumeh Makhija.

Bas, aur kya? Bechari Hazel went into depression and found a friend in Aseem Merchant, who was palying a baddie in Sallu's Wanted. Dhobi tells me that Hazel did a cameo in the film, as one of Aseem's aides.

While she didn't get any notice for the film, she did catch Sallu's eye back then. And that's how he was instrumental in casting her in Bodyguard. I'm told that she's living in his chhatra-chaaya and he's keeping her closely guarded like a NASA secret. But alas, I've just let it out. Tee hee.
