Salman: Ab main bhi Surya! |

MUMBAI, Nov. 2 -- Hello hello my darling dimsums! How goes it in your duniya? To say that it's pretty hectic in mine is stating the obvious. So without getting into the predictable zone, let's get to aaj ki taaza khabar. Here you go my natkhat nuggets...
For starters, I've just been informed that Salman Khan is the latest to be inspired by South-side superstar, Surya. Yeah, the actor who will soon be seen in the forthcoming Rakht Charitra - 2.
Sher Lock Holmes tells me that after Aamir Khan's Hindi remake of the Tamil Ghajini and John Abraham's new version of Kakha Kakha, now Sallu is considering re-doing Vaaranam Aayiram. Further, my super-sleuth remarks that Sallu will be putting in only half the effort that Surya put in the Tamil original. Matlab? Meaning that our Dabangg dude will play only the role of the younger army officer, unlike his southern counterpart.
Sher Lock bhai tells me that Surya had played the role of both, the old father and his army officer son, in his romantic film, set against the backdrop of a father-son relationship. And Sallu won't be doing that in his Hindi remake. Now, don't you suggest that Sallu's histrionics aren't good enough to play the intensely emotional role of the old daddy. Tsk tsk.
