Never mind which part of the world they are in, the actor keeps in touch with them regularly. And God forbid, if anything happens around them, the light-eyed boy gets struck by anxiety.

Safedi Lal claims to have got it from Neil himself about how he got panicky after the tsunami hit Japan recently. Concerned about his friend there, the actor called him the moment he saw the images on television. Thankfully, the friend was safe and had relocated to another place after his office had been washed away.

During the course of their conversation, Neil revealed another instance when an earthquake affected New Zealand after he had completed a spell of Abbas-Mustan's Players there. He called his friends in Queensland to ask about their well-being. Hmm, dost ho toh Neil jaisa, I tell you.
