The last time Yashji directed a film was Veer-Zaara seven years ago, and since the, he has been overseeing the Chopra productions along with son Aditya. Some months ago, the veteran filmmaker told in an interview to HT Cafe that he was working on his next movie.

It's a foregone conclusion that SRK, known for his closeness to the Chopra family, would always be the hero in the film that Yashji or Adibhai direct. Sher Lock bhai tells me that in keeping with the banner's trademark genre, this one will also be a romantic film, with a good number of twists and turns and plenty of laughs.
