London (ANI): Justin Bieber and Katy Perry have sympathized with "devastated" Lily Allen who suffered a miscarriage recently. 'The Smile' singer was six months pregnant by her boyfriend Sam Cooper and is said to be 'inconsolable' after suffering a miscarriage.
Allen's rep confirmed that she had lost her baby and appealed for privacy for the couple. Bieber, Perry, former Spice Girl Emma Bunton and Australian singer Dannii Minogue have since taken to Twitter.com to send Allen their best wishes.
"Just heard the news. My prayers go out to Lily Allen and her family," the Daily Star quoted Bieber as tweeting. Perry took out time from her honeymoon in the Maldives with husband Russell Brand and posted the message: "Praying for Lily." A pal told The Sun, "Lily is inconsolable. Sam's comforting her but she's devastated."
