Mumbai, May 31 -- Looks like Akshay Kumar surely knows the fine art of mehmaan-nawaazi, remarks Rapchik Rajni, as she sashays her way into my boudoir. What are you talking about, I ask her, and she replies that the Khiladi Kumar is playing the perfect host during the schedule of Thank You in Canada.

But while he's hosting everyone on the sets, he's given khaas attention to heroine Sonam Kapoor. And he treats her exactly the way a mentor would treat his protegee, reveals Rajni.

Apparently, it was he who suggested to director Anees Bazmee and the producers at UTV to shoot the film in Canada. And since Akki knows Canada so well, I'm also told that he's literally playing guide to the Kapoor kudi by taking her and a couple of team-members around for sight-seeing. Needless to say, Sonam and company are thrilled with Akki's hosting skills. Chalo, badhiya hai.
