Mumbai, June 30 -- Talking of the father and daughter, Rajni wants me to hear a scooplet on Abhishek Bachchan now. Her point is that Junior Bachchan has become the owner of 2.4 hectares of land in Kakori, a village near Muzaffarnagar.

Nah you meanies, Raavan has nothing to do with the zameen deal.

I'm told that Amitabh Bachchan purchased the land in his son's name, the transaction for which was carried out through a power of attorney.

Reason: he didn't want it to be known to the public.

But one Mr CN Dikshit, the owner of the land, is not interested in lying low about his deal with high profile people. Rajni claims that he's going around telling everyone that apart from Abhi, a part of the land is in the name of Jaya Bachchan and Amitji himself.

Now, one can't exactly blame this Mr Dikshit for spilling the beans on this land deal. Hai na?
