Mumbai, March 11 -- Guess who dropped in on the sets when Preeti Desai was shooting for Shor some time back, wonders my dhobi Safedi Lal a he strolls in. I tell him to give me the answer himself, as I've no time or inclination for any guessing games and he says it was Abhay Deol.
Now, before you get any ideas, the Deol dude didn't come calling to check on his gal's romantic scene with her hero, Sendhil Ramamurthy. My washerman claims that he was just concerned about her working in a Bollywood movie and thought his visit would help her get comfortable in the set-up and ease out her apprehensions.
If not him, then who else would visit the sets to familiarise the Desai gal with the ways of our industry? Hmmph!
