Mumbai, July 30 -- Now, Madhu is telling me that Vidya Balan is very particular about preparing for every character she plays. So much so that she even extends this characteristic trait to her photo-sessions.

Seems like the actress was recently contacted by a magazine, for a photo feature on the theme of the Victorian era.

So to ensure that she stayed true to the theme, the Balan beauty did her own research for reference pictures of the bygone year and discussed the nitty-gritties of her costumes and accessories with her designer and photographer before the shoot, says Mottu.

So when it was time for her to strike the pose, Viddy had transformed into a typical Victorian beauty, perfect to the T, I'm told. Wah, kya baat hai!
